Redbird LED Names Tom Hunter as Vice President of Strategic Planning  

Redbird LED announces the hiring of industry veteran Tom Hunter as Vice President of Strategic Planning. 

Atlanta, Georgia (June 3, 2010) –Redbird LED today announces the hiring of industry veteran Tom Hunter as the new Vice President of Strategic Planning. Redbird LED is an Atlanta, GA firm that specializes in the design, manufacturing and distribution of energy efficient LED Tube Lighting for commercial lighting retrofit projects. Tom Hunter was the former Vice President of the Fluorescent Products Group at Acuity Brands Lighting.  In his new role, Tom will assist RedBird LED in positioning their high performance LED lighting products targeting the cold storage and parking garage industries

Redbird LED has recently launched LED retrofit lighting solutions featuring their LED Tube lighting. These lighting solutions are ideal for use in parking garages, parking decks, industrial building and warehouses. LED Tube lights outperform conventional lighting in colder environments, consume substantially less energy and will last up to 50,000 hours. “We are very excited to have Tom Hunter join our team as we continue to grow and bring exciting new products to the marketplace.
